New for 2012 we are incorporating private Yoga sessions with Justine who is a fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher. Also Sports Injury Massage and Thai Yoga Massage with Isobel who will visit in the comfort of your cottage and leave you feeling deeply relaxed.

YOGA: We offer private yoga sessions with Justine who is a fully qualified and experienced yoga teacher, she will visit you in your cottage or on the patio. She is accredited by The British Wheel of Yoga and the Register of Exercise Professionals with over a decade of practice.  She has studied with leading international and UK based teachers.

Justine predominantly teaches hatha yoga which is about restoring balance and equilibrium.  After a days riding if you are aching and feeling stiff why not let a simple yoga session stretch and unwind you. 

Gentle stretching coupled with twisting poses will remove stiffness and tightness and after this session you'll feel as good as new and ready for more riding.  Or relax fully and rejuvenate your energies with good breathing exercises, very gentle yoga poses and guided relaxation.  A solely seated session and lying poses specifically designed to remove body stress and tension. 


MASSAGE :  Isobel will visit you in the comfort of your cottage and leave you feeling fully chilled. Here is a little about her.
 
I come from the world of dance and fitness and have taught many forms of dance during my professional life.

I trained in Sports Injury Massage some 15 years ago.

A few years later I added Thai Yoga Massage to my portfolio, which has been most beneficial  to my knowledge of bodywork. It is a total body experience and I work primarily with meridian energy and incorporate Yoga stretches with the client lying, fully clothed on a mattress on the floor.

Thai Yoga Massage has been called the lazy man's Yoga!
 
The cost is 30 euros per hour.

€25 per session for 1hour+for one or two people   No experience necessary. 
All equipment supplied.  -  Wear loose clothing for comfort.
